Honduras Montecillos
Montecillos is a mountainous coffee-growing region in southwestern Honduras. The cooler temperatures lead to slower bean development, and couple with volcanic/clay-loam soils, and shade-grown trees, beans from Montecillos tend to have high density and complex flavour potential.

These beans are grown by Celestino Gamez on his farm in the Moranzan Marcala region, at over 1400m above sea level. There are two varieties of coffee Catuai Catimor and Geisga Lempira Bourbon, delivering milk chocolate, caramel, hazelnut and blackberry notes
