“Medeline” coffee beans are grown in the hills around Medellín and the wider department Antioquia in Colombia.
It’s usually described as smooth and balanced having a medium body with a pleasant sweetness and moderate acidity. The flavour profile is dark choclate, nuts, dried fruits and plum. Medellín gives a reliably pleasant, “classic Colombian” coffee – somewhere between gentle & flavourful. Good for daily drinking, as well as for more careful brewing when you want clarity and balance.
