Gerba Dogo is a high altitude coffee, grown above 1900m in Southern Ethiopia. Because of that high altitude, fertile soils and favourable climate in Guji, beans from Gerba Dogo benefit from slower maturation – which tends to result in denser beans and richer potential flavour development.
Gerba Dogo is ideal if you enjoy bright, aromatic, complex coffees, especially if you like floral or fruity-forward flavour profiles rather than heavy, roasty, chocolate-heavy coffees.
