Buena Onda comes from the southwestern Honduran coffee-producing region of San Andrés, Lempira at an altitude of 1440-1650m. It is wash processed which gives a bright clean cup.
Nutty or sweet-nut undertones, giving a smooth balance and some depth beyond just acidity and fruitiness.
A smooth, round body — the “mouthfeel” is often described as soft or velvety rather than heavy or harsh.
Our Buena Onda is roasted to get caramel or gentle sweetness to balance the acidity/fruit notes.
